1. Do you cut chip keys?

We can cut & program automotive chip keys that we stock. We can special order the correct key thru our new Duracell program once we have your vehicle specific information. Unfortunately, we can only cut keys that we sell – not units purchased off the internet.

2. Do you sell/refill all tank sizes?

We refill LP tank sizes ranging from 5 lbs. up to 100 lbs. cylinders.

3. What hardware services do you offer?

We have a variety of services ranging from fasteners, propane refills, key cutting, gift cards, glass cutting, pipe cutting/threading, screen repairs, shipping, and lock re-keying

4. What are your shipping services?

We can accept packages for UPS, UPS Air, FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, and Speedee. We can also create domestic labels for any of these shipping services.

5. What is the difference between LED & regular bulbs?

LED (Light Emitting Diode) bulbs are the most energy-efficient bulbs on the market that use 85% less energy than incandescent bulbs. Many are available in 20 years & 10 years life expectancy versions. Some incandescent bulbs are no longer available – they have been replaced with Halogen bulbs (using 29% less energy) and LED bulbs.

6. What is the difference between a cordless drill and a cordless impact driver?

Cordless Drills are used primarily for drilling holes with drill bits and have been used for driving screws. Impact drivers use a combination of a “hammering” and “rotating” action to drive screws quickly without stripping out the head. Impacts are not typically used for drilling holes because they cannot accept normal drill bits.

8. Do you sell individual fasteners?

We sell many specialty fasteners as individual units as well as the common screws bolts, nuts, and washers on both an individual basis and box qualities.

9. How do I fix a leaky faucet?

Fixing a leaky faucet typically involves replacing seals and/or cartridges depending on where the leak is coming from. Keep in mind that these parts are brand specific and “not one size fits all”.

10. What is the best drain opener?

The best drain opener depends on the type of drain that is clogged and what type of clog. Typically, a mechanical snake tool is recommended prior to using any chemical drain openers. There are numerous types of chemicals drain openers – some being stronger and having more of an odor than others. Please read all instructions on the label to determine what will work best in your situation.
