1 PORK LOIN SALT, TO TASTE

4 PIECES BACON PEPPER, TO TASTE

TRAGER HONEY BOURBON BBQ KIMPS “BETTER
THAN

BUTTER”

SEASONING

PREPARATION:

SET THE TRAEGER ON SMOKE WITH THE LID UNTIL FIRE IS
ESTABLISHED. TURN TEMPERATURE TO HIGH AND PREHEAT, LID
CLOSED, FOR ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES

TRIM PORK LOIN OF ANY UNWANTED SKIN OR FAT. USING A SHARP
KNIFE, CUT PORK LOIN, LENGTH WISE, INTO 4 LONG STRIPS. LAY

PORK FLAT, THEN SEASONED WITH SALT, PEPPER, AND KIMPS
BETTER THAN BUTTER RUB. FLIP THE PORK STRIPS OVER AND
LAYER BACON ON UNSEASONED SIDE. BEGIN TIGHTLY ROLLING
THE PROK STRIPS, WITH BACON BEING ROLLED UP ON THE INSIDE.

SECURE A SKEWER ALL THE WAY THROUGH PORK ROLL. SET THE
PORK ROLLS DOWN ON THE GRILL AND COOK FOR 15 MINUTES.

OPTIONAL: BRUSH TRAEGER HONEY BOURBON BBQ SAUCE OVER
THE PORK. TURN EACH SKEWER OVER, THEN COAT THE OTHER
SIDE. LET PORK COOK FOR ANOTHER 5-10 MINUTES, DEPENDING
IN THICKENSS OF YOUR PORK.
